We’ve switched our clocks forward, spring is in the air, and Adult spring sessions are about to kick off here in Limerick at your friendly new sports complex, The Far Post. Assemble your team and make sure you’ve secured your spot for this upcoming league session because you won’t want to miss out!
Whats special about this session is that weather and schedule permitting, games during this session will be a hybrid of indoor and outdoor. That means getting the comforts of the indoor field house and the joy of the outdoor fresh air! So what are you waiting for? This session starts the week of March 28th. Get your team in ASAP!

Adult leagues follow the following format:
- 8 week league – last week is playoff format
- $1,045 team fee includes referee fees
- 40-minute running clock
- 8v8 for outside games, 7v7 when playing inside games
- For Coed, there is a minimum of 2 women on the field

Remember, because we have flexibility with our fields, games will take place both inside and outside this spring. Most games will be played outside. Early games and severe weather games will be played inside. When inside, the format is 7v7. When outdoors, the format is 8v8. Make sure to assemble your team accordingly and check your schedule weekly to see where you’re playing.
For Returning Teams: As a courtesy, all teams that participated in Winter 2 (our current session) have already been automatically moved over to Spring 1, which should be reflected when you log in to your Dash(now DaySmart Recreation or DSR) account. This means if your team intends to play in Spring 1, you do NOT need to register. If you do not intend to participate in Spring 1, please contact our team. New teams must register in order to participate. Individual free agent registrations are also accepted and you may request to join a team, as well.
